Mental health and mental awareness are important in today’s society.
We want to break the silence around it. Below you will find places you can seek help. We are building a program to help others as well. This is not just about seeking or helping during crisis, but also preventing it. Bringing awareness is key, because once you understand what your brain is going through, it does make it a bit easier to find the things that help you the most. There is not a one size fits all when it comes to these things.
